Answers discovery section 06, care, standards and shift handover

The questionnaire asks whether anything has ever gone wrong because an instruction did not get passed on. This board is the inexpensive insurance against that: the must-nots stay visible until they are lifted, and the day's list shows what is done without anyone asking. If trust already covers this at Tanglewood, it is also the easiest module to leave out.
